$250 for Opening Orders, $100 for Reorders.



All accounts are initially setup with credit card. AMEX, VISA, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.



FOB Dalton, Ohio 44618. We ship via FEDEX unless otherwise specified. Shipments via UPS will only be made with a customer’s collect number. Freight to AK, HI, PR, and GU will be shipped via the most economical route, unless otherwise specified.



Picking up your order? Please allow 24 business hours (Monday – Friday) to have your order processed prior to pick up.



P. Graham Dunn restricts the sale of our product on 3rd party websites unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. As such, the sale of P. Graham Dunn product is prohibited on, but not limited to, the following websites: Amazon, eBay, Jet, Walmart, etc. Violating parties will be notified in writing, and additional action will be taken should violations persist, including, but not limited to, account termination and/or penalty fees.



Returns will be accepted within 10 days of receipt of the order. Customer must call for Return Authorization and pays return freight. Returned merchandise must be in its original package and in a saleable condition.



Damages must be reported to P. Graham Dunn within 30 days of receipt. Claims after 30 days will be taken at the discretion of Customer Service. A replacement or credit will be issued pending approval from Customer Service. For orders shipping 3rd party or collect, the payee is responsible for filing any damage claims.

IMPORTANT: Retain the damaged items and the interior and exterior packing cartons. FedEx and UPS will automatically cancel the claim if original packaging is not available for the inspector to examine.

Availability and pricing on all items are subject to change. Products are subject to modification and/or discontinuation at any time without notice.



All Coast 2 Coast orders are final. Once placed, these orders cannot be canceled. Due to the customization of Coast 2 Coast product, these items are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. P. Graham Dunn has the sole discretion to refuse any order that is deemed inappropriate for production, and reserves the right to reject any artwork, sentiment, or image submitted for custom product orders.
